I understand that circumstances may arise requiring adjustments to your scheduled appointments. To ensure the efficient operation of our salon and the availability of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
48-Hour Notice:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made within this 48-hour window will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
24-Hour or Less Notice:
For cancellations made with 24 hours or less notice, the full cost of the scheduled appointment will be charged.
Payment Expectations:
Payment for cancellation fees is expected immediately upon notification of the cancellation.
• No new appointments will be rescheduled until the cancellation fee is received.
Children and guests:
I kindly request that you attend your appointment alone. My salon space is limited, and I utilize hot tools and sharp objects during our services. Your child's safety is of the utmost importance to us, and while I always enjoy hearing about them, we are unable to accommodate children in the salon for their safety as well as the comfort of our other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
