Kristen

Meet Kristen, a Deer Park native with 15 years of dedicated service at Salon Mia Bella. Passionate about hair extension transformations and expert in blondes, Kristen recently embraced motherhood with her first baby. Since 2017, she has worked side by side with Lana Fillman, often collaborating to ensure each client receives exceptional care. On weekends, Kristen treasures family time with her loved ones and two cats, or escapes to her serene lake house retreat.

Hailey

Hailey joined Lana in December 2024 after earning her cosmetology license from Aveda Institute Houston. With her sweet and kind personality, she brings warmth and positivity to the salon every day.


A country girl at heart, Hailey loves country music and has been with her boyfriend for three years. She lives in Deer Park with her mom and sister and stays involved in her sister’s FFA activities. Having been in FFA herself during high school, she developed a love for agriculture and even raised lambs!


We’re so lucky to have Hailey on the team—she’s excited to grow in the industry and help make every client’s experience amazing! 

Cashlynn

Meet Cashlynn, the newest member of our team. Graduating from cosmetology school alongside high school, she always had a passion for hair extensions. Starting as my apprentice, Cashlynn immediately delved into advanced education focused on hair extensions and hair loss solutions post-graduation. Outside of the salon, you'll find her weekends filled with rodeos, football games, or pursuing her passion for modeling.

LC and Lulu

LC and Lulu are our adorable Papillon pups who love spending time at the salon, greeting clients, and soaking up all the cuddles. These two are not just cute—they’re trick-performing pros, always ready to show off their skills for a treat!


Whether they’re snuggled up in a client’s lap or showing off their latest trick, LC and Lulu bring a little extra joy to every appointment. Be sure to say hi when you see them—they love making new friends! 💕

Lana Fillman

Hello, I'm Lana Fillman, and I'm thrilled at the prospect of partnering with you to turn your hair aspirations into reality. My roots are deeply planted in Deer Park, Texas, where I not only work but also where I grew up, attended high school and college, and now reside with my husband, son, and my cherished feline companion, Nix.


When I'm not passionately crafting stunning hairstyles, you'll find me immersed in family moments or exploring new destinations. I have a special affection for New Orleans, Louisiana, and make it a point to visit this captivating city at least once a year.


My philosophy revolves around the continuous pursuit of knowledge and the relentless dedication to perfecting my craft. For the past three years, I've been on an advanced education journey, specializing in Natural Beaded Rows hair extensions. I prioritize ongoing education, participating in quarterly classes to acquire fresh techniques, discover innovative products, and ensure I remain at the forefront of the ever-evolving beauty industry.

Our collaborative approach means that we color in tandem, formulate together, and support each other with clients whenever we're not working on our own. This synergy allows us to offer a consistent and high-quality service, no matter who you see. If one of us is unavailable, you can always check the books of the others, and we all stay updated with the color formulations for each other’s clients.
